Organizational Structure

The Institute has 15 departments, among which 5 are set up for administrative purposes, namely Office of the President; Office of Party Committee (Office of Disciplinary Inspection Committee); Department of Human Resources, which has under it the Sub-office for Elderly Cadres; Finance Office; General Affairs Office which includes Office for School Assets (or Infrastructure Construction), Security Section, and Infirmary. 

Ten departments are for Teaching and Research purposes: Department 1 is responsible for teaching and research on economy, taxation and administration issues. Department 2 is responsible for teaching and research on tax inspection and tax law. Department 3 is responsible for teaching and research on political sciences (political integrity education), management studies, psychological training, and outward bound. Department 4 is responsible for foreign language translation and interpretation and OECD policy studies. Besides, the institute has an Online Teaching Department; Scientific Research Department, which has an Editorial Office; Examination and Evaluation Center; Department of Academic Affairs, which has under it a hands-on training center and a library; Department of Trainee Affairs; Information Center (working in co-location with Online Teaching Department for the time being), which has under it the Office, Center for Academic Affairs, Center for Educational Technology and the Center for Information and Internet.
