Sun Ruibiao Attended the Forum on Tax Administration (FTA) Steering Committee Meeting in France and visit Italy

Recently, Sun Ruibiao, deputy director of the State Administration of Taxation, led a delegation to attend the Forum on Tax Administration (FTA) Steering Committee meeting of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris. The meeting focused on topics such as international tax cooperation, tax certainty, base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS), and impact assessment analysis. 

Sun Ruibiao said that the State Administration of Taxation of China is willing to strengthen experience sharing and pragmatic cooperation with other members of the FTA. Sun Ruibiao introduced the measures and main achievements of the Chinese taxation department in using the big data analysis to improve the efficiency of tax collection and administration, and received positive comments from all parties. 

During the visit to France, the Chinese tax delegation visited the OECD and the French Ministry of Public Finance to reach a broad consensus on the closer exchanges and cooperation between the Chinese tax authorities and the OECD and the French side.
